Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking numbers often take 24–48 hours to activate after the label is created. It may also pause while moving between carrier hubs.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can usually change it if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once it leaves the warehouse, you might be able to change it or get it delivered to a nearby address via the tracking number.
What if I miss my delivery?
Most couriers will leave the package in a safe place, drop it with a neighbour, or attempt redelivery the next business day. Our delivery partner, Royal Mail, will leave a red card, text or email you if they miss you.
