1. Overview
This website is operated by Little Enamels ("we", "us", or "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing costume jewellery from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Product Information & Jewellery Care
- Materials: Our products are costume (fashion) jewellery, typically crafted from base metals, plating, glass, resin, or synthetic stones, unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are not fine jewellery and do not contain solid precious metals or certified gemstones.
- Colors & Variations: We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or natural batch variations.
- Wear and Tear: Costume jewellery is delicate by nature. To prolong the life of your items, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, hairspray, and harsh chemicals. Store items in a dry place. Discoloration, tarnishing, or damage caused by improper care or normal wear and tear does not constitute a product defect.
- Sensitivities & Allergies: It is the customer's responsibility to review product material descriptions prior to purchase. We are not liable for skin reactions, allergies, or sensitivities caused by wearing our products.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Payments must be made in full at checkout via our authorised payment processors.
4. Orders & Shipping
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory shortages, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Estimated delivery dates are non-binding. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or incorrect address entries provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Non-Returnable Items
- Returns: Unworn items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or store credit, subject to our Return Policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Pierced Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at helpme@littleenamels.co.uk with photo evidence of the damaged item and packaging so we can issue a replacement or refund. Do not bin the item, we may need ot returned to us.
7. Limitation of Liability
Little Enamels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
