Don't like it? No problem, just pop it back to us within 30 days of it being delivered.
Damaged?
Items that are clearly manufacturer defects will be replaced or refunded; a pre-paid return label will be given to return the item to us. You should know when the item arrives if the item is broken, but you have 14 working days to notify us.

Please contact us before you return the item so we can keep an eye out for it.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking numbers often take 24–48 hours to activate after the label is created. It may also pause while moving between carrier hubs.
Can I return something i've worn?
It must be in the same condition it was sent out in. New, with tags. You can take it out and try it on, but please do not wear it for 30 days and then try to send it back to us.
Do you resell returned items?
No, no offence, but we don't know where you've been ;). All returned pendants are sterilised and then either given out at random, as comps or given to charity.
